4 - 6 years For height 104-116 cm, 41-46 inches
6 - 8 years For height 116-128 cm, 46-50 inches
8 - 10 years For height 128-140 cm, 50-55 inches
10-12 years For height 140-152 cm, 55-60 inches
12-14 years For height 152-164 cm, 60-65 inches
