- United States - DHL 4-5 working days €35.00, USPS Postal service 18-29 days €15 (due to COVID-19 delivery via USPS may take 3 weeks or longer);
- Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu - DHL 5-7 working days €35, OMNIVA 14-29 days €15;

All European and International orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receiving payment confirmation. You will be sent email with shipping and delivery information along with tracking number.
Note that during busy period’s etc. national holidays, weekends your delivery may take longer to reach you.
No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen parcels.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT for EU customers. Customers from rest of the world are not subject to VAT.

We are not liable for any delays due to customs.
You may return any item(s) within 14 (unless agreed otherwise) days of receiving it in the original condition for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item(s). All items should be unworn and unused and include all necessary documentation.
All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability, except in the case of a faulty item(s). Please consider with longer delivery times during busy times of the year.
